How It Works:
Consultation: Discuss your vision with me to outline the details, composition, and any specific elements you wish to highlight.
Creation: I will provide several thumbnail (small, quick) sketches to provide a general idea for your piece. Once we agree on a concept, I will then being the drawing.
Check Ins: Through the drawing process I will check in with several updates on your artwork including photos to make sure the piece is going in the right direction.
Embroidery: Once the charcoal drawing is complete, I will embroider intricate details using fine threads, elevating the artwork with tactile and visual appeal.
Review and Approval: We'll share a preview of your artwork for your review and approval before finalizing and shipping it.

Shipping and Payment Info:
Client is commissioning: Embroidered Drawing
Deadlines: Work is initiated within 2 months of the Client’s purchase. Drawing may take up to 4 months to be delivered to Client. Updates/progress photos of the piece will be given to the client through email.
Right of Refusal: If the Client does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the client may refuse. In that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and a nonrefundable 30% fee of purchase price. This is free of any claims or interests of the Client and the Client will not owe any additional fees to the Artist. If painting is more than 3/4 or completely finished upon cancellation, artist may retain 75%-100% of purchase price. Client may still choose to have Artist ship painting at this point.
Framing: Work will not come framed.
Delivery of Work: The Artist agrees to deliver the work to the Client, within the US for the Client. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. If the Client wishes to have the artwork insured upon delivery, it is up to them to pay additional shipping costs. The Artist will not be held responsible for work lost in transit or delivery.
Copyright: Artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by Client that are created by the Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No work may be reproduced by Client without the prior written approval of Artist.
Payment Terms: Outstanding balance is due in full before work on the piece begins. If the Client should wish to refuse completion of the artwork they are entitled to a refund, but the artist retains a 30% non-refundable fee of the work’s purchase price depending on stage of painting as stated above.
